Song declares commitment to the Soviet "One Union, Two Systems" Model

In a recent address, Chairwoman Song reassured her commitment to maintaining the current Soviet model of "one union, two systems" policy that was established to allow for smaller member states of the Supranational Union to establish their own economy and cultural standards while leaving the mainlands of Europe and Asia to operate under the socialist system.
