Panda Lives Matter?

According to new legislation, pandas, along with other national animals, have been rewarded certain basic and inalienable rights that will legally regard them as citizens of the Supranational Union. Due to this, it will be considered a capital offense to injure or kill any animal that is regarded as national treasure by the state and its people across all members of the Supranational Union. Many animal rights activists have expressed their excitement all over social media, while only a handful of people have shown minor complaints.
