New Parental Licensing Program

In an attempt to restrict and avoid bad parenting practices, the Council of Democrats have established a parental licensing program. The new law will cover all members of the Supranational Union and will allow for each member state to mend the law slightly based on the societal conditions of the region. Parents currently with children will need to sign up for the program between the dates of 7 July and 7 September. If a parent refuses to sign up, then the Council of Child Safety will remove the children from the household and the parent will be charged with parental negligence, a crime that could result in 3-5 years in prison.
