Leader of terrorist organization "People's Vanguard" arrested by authorities in Alaska

The leader of the infamous terrorist organization known as the "People's Vanguard" was arrested by the Alaskan police department. The man known as "Rael", or more commonly David Cross, has been at the forefront in orchestrating multiple massacres in Alaska, Africa, and Europe which has amassed a total of 100,000+ people dead since 2042. Originally he served in the US military, but lost his citizenship after Alaska joined the Supranational Union, which ultimately led to the massacres in multiple regions and the lynchings of Jewish people because of their "role in the creation of communism".
