Construction of the "Benevolent Panda" speeds up - Set to be finished by 2064

The "Benevolent Panda" was a Chinese project that was adopted by the Supranational Space Agency "Interkosmos" on January 2031 under the authority of Pan Cheng. Its purpose was to establish a "space colony" that would house upwards to 100+ scientists for space exploration and it was originally meant to be completed on April 2068; however, Chairwoman Song and the Council of Interkosmos has planned to speed up its construction thanks to advancements in technology and has declared it's new release date of June 2064.
