Chairwoman travels to China to discuss new highway plan that will connect China to California

Last weekend, Chairwoman Song traveled to China to discuss the "Pacific Highway Plan" with President Ryo. The new plan was devised in order to make travelling between China and California more efficient and cheaper for lower class travelers in both China and California. The way it is meant to work is by creating artificial islands and connecting them along nearby countries with multiple roads.
