Due to rising threat levels, the Chairwoman in a recent state of emergency ordered all Supranational forces to Nepal in order to assist the government in relinquishing the terrorist threat of the Golden Path group, which has been responsible for the destabilization of Nepal and the deaths of 1,000+ civilians in the region since August 2053.
The group preaches anti-socialist and anti-government rhetoric and has been accused of being an American-backed militia with the goal to destabilize the entire Union. However, some records have discovered that the group is split between two camps: a "national capitalist" faction and a "religious fundamentalist" faction, which could eventually lead to a split if their unity were disrupted.
